Patients battling cancer, including those undergoing chemotherapy, receive coordinated counseling, expert nursing care, and educational services in a supportive environment. At each CarePoint Health hospital, social workers are available to counsel patients and their families. CarePoint Health offers an American Cancer Society program, called “I Can Cope,” that educates people about the physical and emotional effects of cancer.

CarePoint Health also provides extensive emotional and informational resources for families of cancer patients, including support groups, advice for caregivers, and more.
