CHAT offers short-term (8-10 week) early intervention program for at risk youth living in Hudson County between 13 and 18 years of age. Clients receive educational and therapeutic services through individual, group, and family sessions.

Short- and long-term individual, couples and family therapy are conducted by licensed social workers and other professionals. Treatment services include relationship counseling; dealing with depression, anxiety and life cycle transitions; coping with loss/death/dying; serious and persistent mental illness; and co-occurring treatment for individuals dealing with both mental illness and substance abuse.
