The information available on the Portal comes from your Carepointhealth Electronic Health Record. This ensures you have access to the most accurate information possible.
Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URL’s are rewritten so that they can’t be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal page.
There is a contact us section on every page of the portal that allows you to submit any questions you have regarding the Portal. That email is email@example.com
You can send your inquiries/questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 2 business days for us to get back to you.
Your information may take up to 36 hours after you are discharged to post to the Portal.
