How do I log into the Portal?

First time users send an email to portalsupport@carepointhealth.org. Existing users can go to https://mycarepointhealth.org and use their user id and password.

Where does my health information in the Portal come from?

The information available on the Portal comes from your Carepointhealth Electronic Health Record. This ensures you have access to the most accurate information possible.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URL’s are rewritten so that they can’t be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal page.

What if I have technical problems/questions about the Portal?

There is a contact us section on every page of the portal that allows you to submit any questions you have regarding the Portal. That email is portalsupport@carepointhealth.org

Who do I contact if the information is not correct on the Portal?

You can send your inquiries/questions to portalsupport@carepointhealth.org. Please allow 2 business days for us to get back to you.

I just left the hospital yesterday but I don’t see my information on the portal?

Your information may take up to 36 hours after you are discharged to post to the Portal.
