Serving Our Community: Grant Application
The CarePoint Health Foundation is a not for profit 501(c) (3) organization serving Hudson County, New Jersey.
The mission of CarePoint Health Foundation, Inc., is to strengthen access to care for uninsured and underinsured members of the Hudson County community. The Foundation generates charitable dollars and makes strategic grants to support programs and services that advance its mission of improving access to health, wellness, health education and future health professionals’ education services for residents of Hudson County, New Jersey.
The CarePoint Health Foundation has demonstrated its commitment to Hudson County by making meaningful grants to worthy non-profit organizations. The CarePoint Health Foundation continues to build strategic relationships with community agencies and providers.
Provided below is a link to download our grant application which allows for non-profit organizations and those endeavors benefiting the Hudson County community to apply for a grant. Grant applications are reviewed and the CarePoint Health Foundation Board of Trustees votes to determine the list of approved awardees. Meetings are held quarterly and applications will be accepted prior to each quarterly board meeting for processing.
We are committed to helping those in need through making grants within Hudson County.

Grant Application Deadlines
Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis and will be considered at quarterly board meetings. Applicants will be notified of their grant approval or denial after each board meeting.
